In this lecture series with ReLive surgical videos, Prof. Tomaso Vercellotti shares his experience in maxillary sinus lifting, explaining the results of his continuing research for minimizing morbidity, simplification and standardization of the surgical procedures.
The aim of this course is to introduce the latest piezo-surgery trans-crestal sinus lifting protocol: the Piezo-Lift technique.
This protocol allows to take advantage of the cavitation effect of the ultrasonic instrument thanks to a set of specifically designed tips that permit to approach ridges with very low residual bone height.
